At Floxarixuyxia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Glavionil. This Return Policy outlines your rights and the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Glavionil order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photographs of the damaged packaging and product when contacting us.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping

Where a return is accepted due to a defective or incorrectly supplied product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other eligible returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
